UK Mainland Delivery
- Your order should delivered to you within 1-3 days and on most occasions you will receive it the day after it's dispatched Please note that delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and during busier and seasonal periods.
International Delivery
- Your order should be delivered to you within 3-10 working days depending on courier/customs. We currently offer shipping to the following destinations through our UK website:

Customs Charges/Taxes
International orders via our UK/Worldwide store may incur additional duties/taxes. Shipping fees at checkout are excluding any duties/taxes you may need to pay. REEN is NOT responsible for custom's charges.
Tracking
We provide tracking numbers on all orders once fulfilled and dispatched by our warehouse team. These can be used to follow the progress of your delivery and in some cases to change address or delivery details if required. Please see below for links to track your parcel with our respective couriers:

Returns
We're a small business and it's important to us that we're creating high quality products loved by our customers.
That's why we back all of our products with a 90 day hassle free returns policy. If anything goes wrong with your product, we'll replace it after purchase.
In the event that a REEN product fails due to a manufacturing defect, it may be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Please note that replacements are made subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to offer a full refund in lieu of any faulty items under warranty.
When contacting us, please provide as much information as possible, including the purchase order number, details of the damage/material failure, how the damage was caused and confirmation of washing and drying protocol.
